Update on goals...

Well, it looks like my group Sports Bra Sparkies has gone inactive...makes me sad bc I was pretty motivated with that challenge...I guess I will finish it out on my own...I have goals for this summer anyway! There are 56 days until Memorial Day weekend hits and I get to start my summer. So, I will keep posting my weekly ab pictures...tomorrow will be week 4. Here are my goals listed out for the upcoming 56 days!
Current weight: 151 lbs
Apr 2 - 151
Apr 9 - 149
Apr 16 - 147.5
Apr 23 - 146
Apr 30 - 144.5
May 7 - 143
May 14 - 142
May 21 - 141
May 26 - 140 Memorial Day Weekend!
I'm going to weigh in every Monday morning. I'm hoping that as I get my Paleo eating back on track, I can lose 1.5 lbs a week at first until I hit my lowest weight since freshman year of college, then I imagine it will slow down and I will lose 1 lb a week.
My plans to fulfill my goals are the following:
Eat the Paleo way 5/7 days a week. This means basically eat anything I can hunt or gather.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Monday - Run with group...4-5 miles
Tuesday - ST/HIIT on elliptical
Wednesday - Speed/hill work for 60 minutes
Thursday - ST/HIIT
Friday - Run with group...4-6 miles
Saturday or Sunday - ST and long run 7-10 miles.
I'm telling you, I WILL be that girl on the lake that is envied! I want to have the muscles that pop...the abs that have no rolls...and I want to not be afraid of my legs jiggling when the boat is going over the water....One more thing...I want to be able to run in shorts and not get a freaking wedgie! LOL I'm tired of my thighs rubbing.
