I ATE A HOT DOG...SO WHAT!

OK, I've been working a lot of hours this week, it's a holiday weekend, I had to stop by Wal-Mart on the way home from work. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. Oh yeah, I'm a mom, I'm supposed to feed the family...Can we have hot dogs, mom? Absolutely!
So hot dogs on the George Foreman grill, yummy. I only ate one. With a bun, ketchup, and mustard...
I entered it into Sparkpeople. I was right where I was supposed to be on my nutrition tracker for the day.
No big deal right???
So this morning I woke up...no Easter Services for me, I'm going back to work. No Easter dinner with family...I'll still be at work. Nope...the dad is grilling today...yup-hot dogs. They will save me some.
I felt so guilty when I woke up today BECAUSE I ATE A HOT DOG!!! I'VE BEEN DOING REALLY WELL TRACKING MY NUTRIENTS. I LOST 11 POUNDS! I KNOW THAT ONE HOT DOG LAST NIGHT DID NOT HURT ME!
BUT I FEEL SO GUILTY! WHY? AND THAT'S BEFORE I EAT A BRAT WHEN I GET HOME FROM WORK TODAY! AND I KNOW I WILL BE HUNGRY! I MAY EVEN EAT 2 BRATS!
SO...WHATS THE BIG DEAL?!?!?!
