Holy cow! I have been so super busy! Life has gotten busy for me. I have started coaching BOTH of my cheerleading squads now. I am running two miles with each squad...hitting about 10 miles a week with them, then hitting my normal 15 a week with my running group. Then hitting the gym on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday of each week.
I have been eating like crap though. I know I am the one that decides it, but I haven't made time to plan for foods. It's been bad. I don't blame anyone...I don't blame my lifestyle, and I have to put a stop to this. So, tomorrow is grocery shopping, so I will be making sure to plan out my meals for the rest of the weekend and week.
I have goals to meet and I have to let myself hit them! I cannot keep myself from these goals and that is all I am doing with this bad eating. So, here is to getting back on track and planning my foods. =)
