Eat your food, get your workout in, and rest in your efforts. You are only responsible for your efforts. The results are what they are. If you are living the way you intend to live, which is what you should be aiming at, doing only what you could see doing forever anyway, you will either lose more weight or not. Skip the scale and love your life from the inside out.
