Gotta Get Back On Track

Monday Morning, the scales says 135.5..As you may recall, you were celebrating 127 a few months ago. Now that seems like a long way away.

You can do this, you have to stop this now!
Lack of planning and letting the food desires of others is dragging you down.

Meal planning is essential and you must stop eating all those extra hand fulls of peanuts and other little treats. You really don't need them.

Also, you must start lunch time walks, the weather is getting better and the excuses have to be gone.

You aren't helping anyone!
