GOOD MORNING SPARKFRIENDS!
Another week starting, another Monday morning, a new chance to start fresh! That's why I love Mondays, it gives me a chance to start over.
Well after a long week of period HELL and a weekend of overeating this Monday the scale read 173. So that's 3 pounds of water right????? hahahaha! I hope so. But it's okay because this week I'm going to kick butt! Or atleast I hope so! hahahaha!
The plan is to pre-count all my calories for each day and stick to them. I'm still making normal dinners for the family but I'm making sure to count the calories, the portions, and then balance out my breakfast and lunch so that I can still stick to the lower end of the my calorie range.
For exercise I'm going to try this:

I'll probably still add some Zumba and some walking and maybe a little bit of weights. Hopefully this will have great results by the end of the week. I'll make sure to check in with you guys!
