Day after my 4mile walk

I woke up today and I could feel my muscles aching. Yesterday after the walk I got sever cramping in my right hamstring. I remember learning that pickle juice relieved cramps so I drank some of that and 2 scoops of gatorade. My cramps subsided but now I am so achy. I took a hot shower and went shopping with my friend. We were supposed to go walk around the mall but instead I went to a store inside and all I got was under 900 steps. Not great but it is better than nothing. I am feeling so much better from my cold and am looking forward to getting back into my walking regiment. A little at a time...day by day...and we don't give up...I will get there. I am not even going to bother weighing myself this week. I am going to focus on just getting through this week and not giving up!
