5 weeks left!!

Time to kick it up a notch!! I have 5 weeks left in my biggrst loser challenge!! I need to refocus and get going if I want to see better progress than the first 5 weeks!! Family functions is my weekness!! Glad I work a lot and don't attend too often!! I get around family n forget everything!! Well I'm definately learning how to maintain along the way but I want to see better progress so I need to work harder!!

1 Stay on plan- do not stray
2 Exercise! Exercise put everything in ur exercise!!
3 Stay focused 1 day 1 week at a time!!
