Netflix Workout Videos

When I read this I was really surprised. Like this gal, I can't afford a gym membership nor do I have the time to go. I use many of the workouts on SP but like to have other options too. I just saw this so haven't checked it out but last night we signed up for Netflix, so can't wait to try it out. This was in the secrets, but wanted to share it with anyone who might not have seen it. Carolyn....here 'tis!!!

She writes:
I just found out that I can utilize netflix instant view videos for workouts. They range from low impact to advanced.

I had to share this because I personally cant afford a gym and my monthly subscription is under 10 dollars to netflix. What a great new tool I found this morning. Hope this helps those of you who may not have known the videos were there.

Good idea for those with Netflix...I don't do the 'gym' thing anymore...it's about a 40 minute round trip to the gym...I can use that 40 minutes to walk in the forest with Truffles...better use of my time...
