I finally busted through a loooon plateau! Don't get me wrong, it was all my fault. And I know it. But I have been doing very well in the eating department and working out 4-5 times a week.
Been doing R.I.P.P.E.D. at the Y and it has helped! I finally got back into my favorite jeans that I started wearing when I first lost my weight. I still am a work in progress, but I am so freshly motivated now!
Joined the bootcamp challenge and am getting my daughter to do it along with me too! She has a dance on June 1 that she wants to tone up for, perfect incentive for her!
Baby steps this week!
