Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge again

I am going to do it again. i just finished it saturday. i want to keep up with my strength training - do at least 70 minutes a week and these challenges help so much with that.
although the day 2 crunchless ab video will be replaced by a different ab video. i didn't like it. i felt like my form was off and i was using my hip and leg muscles more than m abs.
