Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge again

I am going to do it again. i just finished it saturday. i want to keep up with my strength training - do at least 70 minutes a week and these challenges help so much with that.

although the day 2 crunchless ab video will be replaced by a different ab video. i didn't like it. i felt like my form was off and i was using my hip and leg muscles more than m abs.

    I did that one yesterday and yes, it was more front of the leg muscles for me too. Then again, it may be that the abs are so not in shape that the other muscles had to work overtime to compensate.
