this is something that will really stick with you through the morning, or the day if you make it as a snack - at just under 350 calories, it isn't bad, but if you are looking for something more around 300, simply eliminate the pecans and the nutrition looks more like this:

you may be tempted to eliminate the half and half, but honestly, it takes this from ordinary oatmeal to decadent
