Do 35 pushups this week! That's an average of 5/day!
I can't even say I did more than 35...I squeaked it in...I did 25 of them last night just so I wouldn't fail!!
I think I was so caught up in working at getting my steps up and then learning how to hoop this week...no matter...I did it, and that's that...I am not a lover of pushups...gotta say!
Lose 1 pound.
Weighed in at 175.4lbs on April 25th- end of week 4
Weighed in at 173.4 May2nd- end of week 5.
That's another 2.0lbs down!!
I think I am seeing a pattern here...hmmm...I suspect that will end soon...and getting that 1 pound will be much more difficult.
Until then, me takes it where I can!! An me needs to get as much off before that day comes!
This week's challenge:
Limit sugar to 8% of daily caloric intake. Seriously?? Really?? WTF was I thinking...This sucks with a National Scrapbook Day ahead of me! Well, I guess I will have to get creative...after all, isn't that what scrapbookers do anyway??!!
I actually forgot until I started writing up this blog, so now I have to go back and check to see how badly I messed this one up for the day...
Oh!!! Thank goodness...I am under that!!
Wouldn't be a great way to start off my week!
