I've confessed about my difficulty blogging before, but I'm trying not to stress over it and just write. Here goes...
So I actually got up and worked out before work this morning. Excuse me for a moment while I give myself a pat on the back.
(... ok, I'm back). I've been wanting to start working out for a while, but between work, family, house stuff, side business, etc, it's really hard to find time. But I don't want to make excuses. Anyway, my son woke me up at 4:00 this morning because he wanted some water. I didn't feel sleepy so I just stayed up and got a workout in ... the 15 minute cardio routine on Coach Nicole's Firm Fit and Fired up.
I was expecting to feel tired during the day today, but I haven't. I guess because I went to bed at a reasonable time last light. This was the first time I've worked out since coming back to spark a couple of months ago.
I'm hoping to continue the trend.
I also joined a SparkTeam created by one of my SparkFriends. It's called the "100 Days of Summer 2012 Challenge".
