Haven't been chatting, but I have been keeping up with my food tracking, and trying to keep exercise going; it looks like I am on an upswing for the exercise again -- we will see how it goes. Did wrong stuff with my ab workout yesterday, so now my neck hurts *sigh* However, on a high note: I realized yesterday that I had actually hit my 50% mark, I am 60+ pounds transhed from my highest weight - when I started in 2007. Taken my 5 years, kind of, with weight piled on again. This is probably the lowest I have been since before 2004, probably over a decade. There were many years I just didn't know, or want to know, my weight -- so I have no clue.
