exercise and a heavy head

Apparently I did not hurt my neck because of bad form. I hurt/stretched neck muscles because my head is heavy and I haven't exercised like this (crunches) in quite a while. So, the trainer told me how to fix, or alleviate, until my neck is strong enough to hold my head perpendicularly for a while - straight up is one thing, 15 degrees from horizontal is quite another!

off to exercise!
