back with new goals after having a baby!

I'm starting again, which I'm excited about! I'm just not sure how much I can do with a newborn, and it will probably vary each day. So, tomorrow my goals are to:

track food
drink 8 glasses of water
get 10 min. of exercise

other (non-nutritional) goals I have for tomorrow:
put away laundry
spend time with God

Let's see if this is reasonable or not! :)
