Well this week has been very eventful. I lost my pedometer. Had another food added to my DO NOT EAT list and pretty much got stuck in bed for a damn near week while the offending food worked out of my system. that food bye the way is rice. but there was a good note on friday. a very good note.
On friday I went to another doc opiontment to see about the test results. And well lets just say I am, for my; weight, lack of exersize and poor eating habits doing pretty damn good! I need to boost my potassim and get my good cholestrol up. but other than that yah me! So eat more fish. Exersize more, and find somthing high in potassim besides bananas. I can't stand them. The down side is I am back to140......damn it. Well that's what happens when you can barely move.
To explain what went wrong with me without grossing you out. The rice clogged up my system. And for any that has gotten a clogged drain ....Yes, Yes it was exactly like that, My pipes were clogged and I had to chip away at it with liquids. Lots and lot's of liquids. Between the "clogg and all the drinks I was moving like I was nine months pregnent. and just about as comfortable. Anyway in all the "fun" I have been trying to think of subsitutes for rice in my fav dishes like cheesy chicken and broccile casserole. so if any who reads this know of good dishes or subs. please link me the recipes And also any good potassim rich foods BESIDES bananas
