My Morning Battle Stratigy

Okay here is the morning game plan. up at no later than 8:30. Coffe 2 regular sized cups Then A glass of water (two cups). While waking up read the web comics and answer emails and facebook. Then read a A-Z articale and one heath articile (for my learn something new everyday rule). If not properly awake consume more coffe and then do a blogg of what I am thinking, planning, going to be doing ect. While drinking more water. Get dressed, and if not 100 degrees out walk on cardio days. Or on strenght training days, exersize. That's what I got so far.

Now on to the rest of the blogg

I am, because of last week having to start week one this Monday. .........fun. I am not happy about it but at lest I don't feel like a beach whale any more. Because today is my day of rest (A.K.A clean house). I am compiling a new wake up play list. Lot's of hard rock, metal and other "attack the day" type of music. I like to listen to singers like Dean Martin Etta James Billy Holiday and Sinatra when I go to sleep. It helps me relax. So like wise loud thrashing beats should have the same effect. My favorite song to listen to start off with "let the body's hit the floor" I like to imagiane that those "body's" are the limits, excuses, and road blocks in my life. And it hypes me to make them die horrible horrible deaths. Tell me what you think, and if you have any song ideas that might compliment my "Attack the Day" mix
