DIY Week 2 Progress

5 emoticon Because I was putting on a Birthday party for my boyfriend's daughter,
Meeting his parents for the first time and Mother's day and I was active all the days(:
I have been active Th, Fri, Sat, Sun

TH~3.0 Mile Run 34.03
Fri~4.02 Mile Run 45.27
Sat~Walk about 15 min
Sun~6.21 Mile Run 1 hr 17.33 min

drank more than 8 glasses of water every day I did have a Diet Soda but I am allowing myself a soda on the weekends.

I have ate with in my calories every day emoticon AND didn't Emotional Eat

I had a very emotional weekend. I met my boyfriend's parents and family for the
first time. It did not go well. My Mother's day was very emotional as I have a hard time already because I lost a Daughter 9 years ago. Then more fall out from the party. I ended up crying for 20 minutes then deciding I can either A go eat all the chocolate in the house (this is what I wanted to do) or B Go for a run it was beautiful outside in the high 70's I went for a run. I choose not to emotional eat and made great choices with my eating and I LOST weight this weekend. Friday I was 187.6 and today 186.2 (:

My goal is to lose 1 1/2 pounds and I BEAT IT!!! (: 4.8 pound lost since 5-7 (: emoticon
