Limit sugar to 8% of daily caloric intake.
OK...so this was WAY harder than I anticipated. Not because of keeping sugar intake down, but holy crap, calculating it was a nightmare! VAMANOS, I am sure can attest! So although I failed, I only failed because I gave up trying to calculate. My sugar intake was SUPER low all week though!
Lose 1 pound.
Weighed in at 173.4lbs on May 2nd- end of week 5
Weighed in at 172.4 May9th- end of week 6.
That's another pound down!!
As I suspected at the end of week 5, things were slowing down.

Do 210 crunches this week, approx 30/day.
I didn't even do 1!!!!!
I can't even say why...I have no clue...other than I forgot until Monday and then seriously, just didn't make the time.
I did do a lot of yard work, hooping and walking last week though.
Lose 1 pound.
Weighed in at 172.4lbs on May th- end of week 6
Weighed in at 173.0 May16th- end of week 7.
I went up .6 of a lb!
Week 8 challenge: Eat 3 vegetarian meals this week.
THIS challenge will be done! I already had one for lunch...1 down, 2 to go!
I am also going to get those damn crunches in, if it kills me!
