Trying Something different

I am trying something different to try and get my mind in the right mode and change how I think. Things have just not been positive and so many bad s
things seem to have been happening that I am trying to do things for myself to feel positive so I feel like I want to succeed and stay there/ Not xure if this is making any sense to you all but I think it makes sense to me.,

I just have to change things looks like I just may not be able to lift weights anymore it aggravates my Post Polio and I am in pain. So I need to see just what I can do that can be a lifestyle that I can do and keep on track. Any suggestions as to what will keep me toned?

    Isometrics shouln't hurt you. A band was a good idea. Even a weighted ball. Take care Posey!

    have you tried using a band rather than the weights? You can easily adjust the tension on the band and still at least get the motion. Do you have access to a pool? I would think that would help, too.
