A Little Jogging

I started back to adding jogging to my regimen. I had stopped this winter after hurting my back. I love it that it's not a forced move, but my body automatically starts jogging. So I'm not timing it like I normally do, but just going with the flow.

    Thank God that your back is better. At least you are taking it one step at a time. Keep up the good work and don't over do, You know that" concrete is really hard on the body especially the knees and the back.
