Monday is going well so far! I'm just about to start my cleaning for the day and I'm confident that I can reach that goal! I'll sit down with a few sweaters later, too. I added another goal: to log in to SP every day. I have had extreme periods of sparkiness before and I LOVED it. I also stayed on track about 99% of the time and had wonderful success. I'm having trouble resparking but I'm giving it all I've got! Logging in daily should remind me of the fun things I enjoy doing on this site, like blogging, participating in groups and challenges, posting to messageboards, and reading about diseases in alphabetical order.

I also added my weekly reward right below my goals so I can see it. I have used this goal setting format in my blogs before but never had a reward for simply meeting my week's goals. I'll try it out with this face scrubby thingy that Olay makes and I have heard rave reviews about. It's getting humid here in beautiful Vermont and my face is always dirty and gunky and sunscreened and clogged up. This brush promises to make the skin on my T-zone as smooth as a baby's. But I don't get baby skin unless I complete all of my goals! Otherwise I'll roll it into next week.

DVD of the day was Brazil Butt Lift. I didn't like it. Not yet. I am out of shape, as much as I would like to deny it, and I don't have the core strength and coordination to make the moves effective. The workout itself was a blast and I'll definitely work my way through the program in the future. I'm going to give Hip Hop Abs a try tomorrow since I've done it before. Actually, last time I did it was only for six days but my waist shrank a whole half inch. (Conceitedness begins...now!) I looooove my waistline. I love to wear form-fitting clothing. I love to put my hands on my waist. I love high belts. (Okay, done.) I'm shooting for an eventual 29 inches. I'm probably at 32 right now. So it will be nice to focus on ze abz a bit.

Time for cleaning! Then sweaters. Then ice cream! Then bed. Until tomorrow!

    The face scrubby thingy is as important to your healthy look and sense of well being as the abs DVD. Take care of your skin now and you will be glad a few years from now. And relaxation is important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Consider pushing the home facials up on the list to an important scheduled objective just like your exercise routine. Please do NOT put the face scrubby thingy into the Reward category. Add some nice scented candles, relaxing music, and turn taking care of your skin into spa time.
