Soooo this is what happened

Well this has been a intersting few day's. Although I have been able to do my nutrition tracker and such I wasn't able to make my bloggs or keep all abreast of what has been going on. Sat I did my strenght training and walk I came back and wanted to take a nap. I had a long night the night before. and just really wanted to sleep. but every time I turned around I would get a call. OIne of the calls was really disheartening. It seems one of my best friends is moving to another state. But saterday was ok. I ended up having some broccolie ...pretty much for all my meals. (I really like broccoli) and I came up with a way to stirfry whith out actually frying.
Sun. was not so okay again with little to no sleepI ended up going to my sisters to clean out her garage way to early. With no cooler or airconditioner it can reach over 130 degrees during the day's in there. So We planned to spend all night. I even got my sleep sceduale turned around for it. Dawn picked me up at noon when she was supposed to pick me up around 7-8 p.m. and my niece happy about me coming over didn't let me any sleep.plus having a suprise visit from my grandfatherinstagated a quick dash and clean. finailly my sister came down with a sever migraine. so I pretty much was on my own. I got alot done and this morning befor the family got up I walk the perimiter of the yard (2 acers) about4 times so i got strenght training and my cardio done. needless to say after lifting boxes over and over again plus my walk I am tired.
I am taking today off as a recoup day which is usally sundays for me. I am having eather ham with whole wheat pancakes and light syrp or mmore broccoli....most likely broccoli Well that's it. That's what i was doing night all.
Oh I almost forgot I found my pedometer!!
