35 in 40 Week 8 Update/Results!

Eat 3 vegetarian meals this week.

Do 210 crunches this week, approx 30/day.
This was a carry over from last week. I DID not do this as I could still feel tail bone issues from surgery, sooooo...I did squats instead! I am calling it a success.
I have been making a point to do squats at work, in the bathroom stall, every time I go potty! I do 20 each time! It's GREAT!

Lose 1 pound.

Weighed in at 173lbs on May 16th- end of week 7

Weighed in at 171 May23rd- end of week 8.

That's another 2 pounds down!! emoticon

It turns out my gains were from TOM! Damn that!!!

Week 9 Challenge:
Walk 7 miles this week and Get 8 hours of sleep every night. I really should look that up in metric!

So here's to another GREAT week of loss ahead of me...I really want to be out of 170-ville and into 160-ville when I report in next week!
