Hi Spark People friends. It has been months since I have written a blog. Not really doing so well. Struggling with diet and exercise.
I haven't been getting to the pool and I can tell! My joints hurt more than they were when I was going regularly.
And food...I want more of it!! My IBS has been giving me problems, so food is a struggle. I did join the IBS team and hope to explore there more. Maybe the support of others with the same problem will help.
Volunteering is going well. I don't volunteer at PLUK as much as I was in Feb., March and April. My work study student is done for the semester and I am not going to supervise another student. 4 days a week at PLUK is too much for me...it is stressful and that is when I quit doing water aerobics regularly.
My sleep goes up and down. Some nights I get 8 hours or more others, like tonight I am awake in the middle of the night.
I am just a mess right now!! I have a positive attitude most days which is good.
I hope everyone has a good weekend. Thanks to all the veterans that have served and those actively serving our country!! We have lost too many soldiers and they should be remembered this weekend. Thank a veteran for serving. It is the least we can do!!
