I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!! From barely a block in 30 min. to walking a mile in under a month!!!!!!! tomorrow is my rest day. but this is the first time I have looked foward to Monday in .....Have I ever looked foward to Monday? When I looked at my watch and saw what I did I danced in the middle of the street! You know the dance right? The dance that is the dumbest on earth, and you do it and not care. Cause your so damn happy? That dance. I feel as is I can fly!!!!!!
Any way back to blogg. I had a very hard day yesterday PMS was kicking my but up one side and down the next. so thats why nothinggot blogged I still went on my walk but it was pretty much a curl up on the bed and forget the world kind of day. the weather was realy nice though real cool which is funny we should be getting our hotest weather from now till late Aug. I mean the day befor was 92 degrees. I'm not gonna complain thoughlike I said many times I hate sweating and at that temp I have exersize sweat and heat sweat, I might as well swim my walk.
I am having a real had time eating though. To explain every once in a while I get in moods where I don't want to eat. this is one of thoughs times not to metion the fact I have run out of tasty/healthy noms. Plus I strolled around the grocery store and looked at all my fav "healthy foods" gatorade pissed me off the most. I grew up with that stuff. my sister and I talked my grandfather into drinking that instead of tea all the time. for petes sake highly paid athletes drink the stuff. I got to rethink the stuf in my body!! and juice isn't much better whats a girl to recharge with?!
Any way I started a reward chart for when I lose weight. I have a Have 100lbs. to lose and I need to stay motivatied. I broke it up into five lbs increments. And I am looking for trust worthy people to hold a weight scale for me. I can't have it in my house because I will obsses and well.... basiclly I would end up shooting myself in the foot. with the stupid. My property maneger is a good bet. I so want to know who much weight I lost. I am halve tempted to take a slow and steady wlk to my dr. office across town just to find out. (I'm broke and have no gas money) She's about 4 miles away and if I wasn't scared I would mess up my back/knee/ankle I would go now instead of waiting for my Dr. opt.
New topic.
I am gonna start blogging twice on Sunday I am supposed to just clean house on Sunday and sit on my butt so might as well get some thing useful done. some will be like my coffe blog some wil be the play list I promised and some will be thought and self therapy.
I am also having a hard time looking for a pedometer that stays on my waist band I right now have a dunlap (belly done lamped over my belt) In a girl kind of way. I don't look like a bubba joe, but still at 200+ I have a waist no belt will touch. so if you know any pedometer that will work please let me know the brand and make
Well I gotta go do my streinght training so thats all for now have a great saterday!

Good job! Every success should be celebrated. emoticon

You mentioned pedometers I have had problems with them as well and found that when I saved up some extra funds and bought a Omron Tri-axis Pocket Pedometer it has been great. The Pedometer works in your pocket on your waistband or even in your purse. It has a seven day memory/clock and a lot of information. You can get them at amazon.com for about $30. I have had quite a few of the cheaper ones and never been happy but I have used this one for about 4 months now and love it.
