I know I promised you 2 bloggs yesterday but about 12 noon on Saterday I started feeling like crap. I am going to urgent care to find out what is wrong. I didn't even get to do any streinght traing done I haven't walked today, and am really pissed about that.
Didn't I start down this road so this didn't happen any more? Whats the point of getting healthy if you can't get healthy. I know I am whinning and it has only been a month. but this shouldn't be happening. I am stronger I have pants that barley fit I don't know where he is but if any body see's that Murphy guy you you kick him and his laws in the nads for me.

    Take time to get better - remember that this should be a lifestyle change. It should be seen as a marathon and not a sprint!

    Don't beat yourself up! You're doing great! Our bodies just do what they have to sometimes. Let yourself recoup so when you're feeling better you can hit it hard! You'll get there! emoticon
