Day one of working out early

So, now that my job with the newspaper is finally over, I woke up this morning, like I always do, took the kids to school, like I always do, then went to the gym. I ate a package of lance whole wheat crackers with cheese on my way there, so I wasn't working out on an empty stomach. I did the Arc Trainer for 25 minutes and then did leg exercises for about 30 minutes. I even had time to stretch afterwards! Then, I tried the red light therapy thing at my gym that I pay for, but have never used due to time constraints. It was so weird! It jiggled me nonstop :) Now, it is 10:30 a.m. and I am eating a bowl of multigrain cheerios with blueberries and skim milk. I guess I swapped breakfast for snack today? By the way, I haven't had this much energy and go-get-it-ness in years.
