I'm starting over, again, today. I'm going to break my goals into smaller ones. My first goal is to get to 166 by 7 September. I will be unable to weigh myself for a few weeks after that date, but when I'm able again, I will set another small goal.
I'm going to start by trying the C25K thing, again, and by trying to eat more fresh fruits and veggies, and to drink more water. I haven't been drinking enough water (or anything else), so I need to be mindful of that.
I'll be walking as frequently as possible around lunchtime with some people at my new work. I won't be able to do it every day, but if I can make just one 20-miinute walk a day, in addition to 3 days of C25K and two days of strength per week, I think I'll be good.
I don't know how swimming will fit into my schedule, as my new workplace is further away and in a different direction from my gym than my old workplace, but I will try to figure that out starting Monday. I'll probably do a dry-run from the gym to my new work this weekend to figure out how much time I need to allow myself.
