So Close I can Taste It!

This morning is my normal weigh-in for WW and I've also chosen to update my weight on SP on the same day. I've been following Weight Watchers for 7 weeks and SP a little less than 2 weeks. I have been very motivated for the entire time, but since joining SP I have been more committed with regard to fitness and Nutrition. Being reminded that I have a fitness session scheduled for the day keeps me on my toes. Tracking nutrients is really helping me choose the right after dinner snack.

What is so close I can taste it, you ask? My first 10% goal is now a mere 6.6 lbs away! Now many of you may think that seems like a lifetime, but I was just blown away this morning when I weighed. I was expecting a less than 2 lb drop, but what I saw was down 3.8,
Wow! talk about motivation. Once I reach that 10% goal I know I will be on my way to seeing this journey through to the end and for life. The last few years I have been playing around with weight loss and I would lose 20 lbs and then it would just stop and of course, I would get discouraged. Now, with SP, I can really see where I need to make adjustments that will help me succeed.
