Progrees Pitfalls

I`ve fluctuated up and adown a bit but basically no loss for the last 2 weeks.

I will be brutally honest what I think it is.

1.Portion control;
I do cook some rather delicious things, and boy it`s really hard to portion . Esp the first serving from the pan which always ends up on the large size. I guess I should start putting it all into tupplewear where it`s easier to divide up.

2. Alcohol.
I have to drink alcohol at work , and despite my best attempts of filling my class with ice and topping with water so one glass goes me a long way. But if it`s busy and we`re opening bottles of wine to try and drink so we can order more (tis how the business works)...but about the 3rd glass I`m loosening up and starting to fell happy so I`m I just go like `sod it` and start glugging down what I can. And then after work I go to a different bar to chat to people and stuff.
I guess I should try and stick to one glass watering it upand water it down but it`s tough, because I love being drunk and being about to forget life`s stress...but one can only dream of no cal alcohole!

Once again, being able in to intellectualize the reasons but putting it into practice much harder!
