Back on Track

Woo hoo! Have lost another pound--down to 172. A total of 13 pounds started since I started Spark last July. I had big plans--two pounds a week--I was going to lose 50 pounds in a year. What got in the way? Not working the Spark program and taking advantage of the community, eating off the plan and not exercising. I lost 12 pounds and gained back 7. But now I'm back, and once again, weigh less than I have in more than ten years. I'm down one swimsuit size and one pant size. Feels good! Am wearing tighter t shirts and enjoying it!
Thanks to all of you, for motivating me and cheering me on. I hope I can do the same for you.
