Summer challenge goals

Summer challenge is fIxing to start so time to make goals and stay focused!! Overall I am living a healthy life!! It's been over a year since I've started my journey ! I won't say it's been easy but I will say it is getting easier!! I still have weak moments but I know I have to get right back on track!! I am exercising daily!! I have made leaps and bounds and made serious progress!! Our challenge for summer is a 5 k and I am making sure to get ready for it on a daily basis! I want to be healthy and Fit!!

1 Stay focused
2 daily walks at least 1 mile
3 get rid of all clothes too big! (already started but want to finish by end of challenge)
4 mandatory veggies n fruits 5-8 a day. More veggies!
5 stay balanced on tracker
6 achieve. A new exercise
7 lose at least 15 lbs

White tigers rule make this challenge sizzling ! We can do this!!
