Horrible migraines & now autoimmune disorder

I have had a horrible unrelenting migraine for the past 3 days and had to go into the doctor yesterday for a pain shot and pain meds. She also gave me results of an autoimmune blood panel and said I now have to see a Rheumatologist because my results were positive for an autoimmune disorder. This is all getting in the way of my plans to exercise daily and it's really bothering me. It seems like it never ends.
I hope tomorrow is a day that I start feeling better and can get back into exercising.

Try not to worry too much, hun, and I know it's hard not to when we don't know what's happening with our bodies. I, too, have a few autoimmune conditions and have found that by remaining positive and learning ways to live around some of the symptoms can be done. It's super difficult when you have migraines and I hope you get answers soon that can help shoo those migraines away and give you relief! I've found that doing progressive muscle relaxation can help the headaches sometimes -- and same with watching your diet. Watch out for the inflammatory foods, like tomatoes, citrus, etc., and see if you feel better. Another one of those, some days it seems to help and others not as much -- but we gotta keep trying and I hope you find your answers and ways super soon!
