    Hey TG, I wanted to comment on your blog yesterday but I don't know if you ever go back and check. Anyway my list of bad food is just way too long to post here but I have a couple of the same ones.

    The steak for sure and KO's pizza - pizza should NEVER be in this house! and many many others.

    As to your blog today good thoughts - we have to go all in don't we? You really did hit on a point though. As soon as TC gets the pie in the house you tell him to cut it and get it in the freezer or it's going in the garbage and then DO IT!

    I've quite reading my Beck's cards but I'm getting them out. I got on the scale and it hasn't moved and that is not acceptable at my weight. I have been too busy to take care of me and that's just wrong.

    Wow this is starting to sound like my blog - sorry.

    Love your blog! I am definitely giving it all I've got! Really love Martha Beck. She knows how our minds work sometimes in ways that take us off the track. Understanding ourselves is just as important as any food plan if we want to be successful in this weight loss journey. emoticon
