Making the Most of the Week

I am having surgery on my ankle this Friday. No big deal really; I broke my ankle 5 years ago and the doc put in a plate and five screws. Well, now two of the screws are starting to poke out and are causing problems.
So...I've got four days this week to rack up the exercise before I am out of commission for a week or more. Today TC and I walked 7 miles. It's great to have that out of the way by 8:30 a.m.!
I've stumbled on my goal to lose 5 pounds each month, but I'm still hoping to see 150 by the end of June. My ultimate goal is to be around 140 by the time we leave for China in mid-September.
It's funny; when I went from 180 to 160 I felt super-svelte at my new weight. Now that I've been holding at 154-155 for awhile I feel fat again. How weird is that? But I definitely feel the need to kick it up and lose the next five pounds.
Also, no word from my daughter yet on the possible pregnancy. I'm hoping it's not bad news because I know she'll be devastated.
