    Love your blog!
I started to put the antivision board together but got pretty down abt it so left it in the end as it wasnt working for me. Like u say, everyone is different.

Currently working on a CBT quadrant diagram to help me modify my behaviour but it's not really working yet.

As for the action board, yeah I probably need an electronic one, as I keep doing one each day and losing it. Google Docs is pretty good for not losing electronic ones.

Oh how do u get rid of teams u no longer want to be part of?
    Thanks for the blog!

What temp in Fahrenheit is 32.6" (Celsius, I assume?) Where are you?
I'm working on a new vision board. I have a few pictures printed.

I have been working on my calories and BMR and TDEE and changing that and trying to figure it out since you posted those links a few days ago. Still not sure what I should be doing. We'll see. I was at like 1500 tonight and then after my workout I was soooo hungry I got another greek yogurt and my dark chocolate and one girl scout cookie and ended at 1755.. which was close to my new range that SP gave me which is like 1850-2000.. and I think is a bit too high..

I recently went through teams and removed a lot. I am not active in them all, but I like being in the ones I'm in and I check in occasionally with each one.

I love my background with my son and the hoop, so I'm going to keep that for awhile.. I"ll check out edting it a bit more, though. Thanks for the challenge, as always!

I love your Move It vlog!
