First off, when I weighed in on Wednesday, I had lost 2.5 pounds. I give 100% credit to the BLC team I'm on for pushing me to be a better Sparkperson. I've been talkin' the talk for quite a while now but they've been helping me walk the walk. So emoticon

On to this week's challenge. It's called "Laughter". I won't get to use my pretty, purple dobber this time BUT it still looks like I'll be challenged to max my points, for sure. I'll have to focus to get my strength training. Cardio will be easy, I have a HM to run tomorrow and another 7 kms on Sunday. BodyPump on Monday will cover both ..... today is supposed to be a "rest" day but an hour of cardio and 60 reps of ST can still be done w/o over-doing it.
L is for "Laughter" and so I'll be trying to make my teammates smile once a day.
A is for "Add a rainbow" by eating freggies from four of the five colour groups. (Have you seen my salads? Easy peasy lemon squeazy!)
U is for "unwind with 15 minutes of "me" time" - this one is always tricky for me BUT I just watched the second episode of "Dallas" and drank a cup of coffee. I didn't even realize that I was earning 10 points LOL.
G is for "get real" - track everything and stay in range - again, easy peasy-ish. The HM ends at the Farmer's market. All kinds of things can go wrong there. They make pies and fudge there! Also, I bought a brunch ticket and I won't be able to track with 100% accuracy. Oh well, I burn over 1000 cals in a 21.1 km run. I can be 98% accurate and not worry too much. emoticon
H is for "high fives". Since I love encouraging people, especially my team, I expect max points here.
T is for "tone it up". Twenty reps for the upper, lower and core. This is where I may falter but, hey it's only 20 each, I can do this!!
E is for "exercise". No problemo!
R is for "reflect". TA DA!!! Oh, every day? Sorry folks, you'll just have to read my thoughts.... spppooooky..

Well, time for a shower, a snack and some errands. Roo's passed out. It must be damn tough getting me up every two hours, KEEPING me up since 5:30 and then, when there's no chance of me ever falling back to sleep, taking two sips of a boobie @ 10:00 before falling asleep. I love my baby, I love my baby, I love my baby......

    Have a super time at the Millerville HM, you lucky duck. Looks like the weather will give you a break too. Really like how you broke down the word Laughter very creative.

    By the way my HM clinic started last night, Holly is instructing it.
