Pity Party No More

Okay, so I have been MIA for a couple of months. I just broke down and let the stress get to me. I have gained 8 pounds in the last couple of months and don't feel that great about myself. I am ready to start again. Today is my new day! I am starting Coach Nichole's Boot Camp and going back on 1200 calories. My goal is to exercise 60 minutes a day for 5 days of the week. It is time to take my life back and not let the little people or things get to me. No more emotional overeating and no more giving up on myself. I am a great person and I am ready to survive and kick some butt in this great life I have. No more pity party!!!!
