Making time

this week my goal is to drink 8-10 cups water AND log food/fitness. I need to make time for me a PRIORITY and it starts NOW!

    There's no better time than NOW!

    You have all the school activities out of the way. It's hot - easy to drink that water. Use swimming as the exercise (or mowing the lawn).

    And take time for YOU. Send those kids to grandma's. She's not doing anything! LOL. Besides, she needs the exercise chasing them. (Love you, Marilyn) emoticon
