Third week of 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge done!

Wow, time flies! I'm done with week 3 of the challenge. I'll admit, at first I didn't think this would be challenging enough for me. I mean, 10 minutes a day? What could that possibly do? But this week I noticed that my push-ups were better (no more girl push-ups, yay!), my plank-both normal and side-were stronger, and my legs feel stronger when I run.
I didn't count on the other things I would have to do in addition to the videos, but they really weren't that difficult to incorporate. To add some cardio this week I began walking for 20-30 minutes on my lunch break at work. It is so much better than sitting in our drab break room playing Angry Birds on my phone. I also really amped up my efforts to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, per the challenge requirements.
I have peeked at next week's requirements and saw that I need to repeat the workout video 2-3 times at least 3 days. I think the most challenging part about that will be scheduling the extra 10 minutes. I am perpetually late for work so I'm really going to need to make an effort to get up just a little bit earlier in the mornings so that I can fit this in before I leave for the day. It should be great practice for when I start the 30-Day Shred and have to do 20 minute workouts every morning.
