Let’s do this again

I haven’t been accountable for months and that has spoiled my efforts to lose weight.
This week I’m going to focus on planning and tracking.
I planned my meals for the whole week on sunday, and now it’s time for tracking.
I am going to track:
- exercise - no problem, I have been doing it for months
- food - I always get lazy at night and I don’t do it. BUT I am going to do it from now.
- good & bad choices - it is a good idea to be motivated but i did it a couple of days months ago and stopped. This week I am going to track them too, daily.
