Looking for the change

After 2 1/2 months of counting calories and watching what I eat and walking and working out really hard Im only down 10 lbs emoticon emoticon yes 10 lbs is good but if thats it in this amount of time then something is wrong and I have to make a change in how I am doing it.

A friend of mine went on the Atkins Diet on the 8th of June and has lost 14.6 lbs to date and still going!! Im jealous but hey obviously shes got something right..right? Guess we will find out...On July 1st I will be revamping my fridge and my cabinets and of course my way of doing Diets...I will be joining her on the Atkins Diet and see if this is the one for me.

So with some hard work and some changes I think I may actually reach my goal!!!
