Well here we go...
It's the end of June and again my shorts are too tight! Ugh! I have this horrible cycle of doing well for a few weeks, losing 5 pounds or so and feeling good in my clothes. I fall back into those old, nasty habits. In reality, when I feel good in my size 16 jeans, I should look forward to feeling good in a size 14 or a 12. But no, I go right back to eating crap and not working out and I hate it. I need to figure out HOW to stick to it. I know how to eat healthy, I joined Curves, I have access to working out 6 days a week (when my schedule is not too crazy) yet I fall right back into the abyss.
Any suggestions???
