Pluses and minuses

So I've been on SP for about two months now and just wanted to take a minute or two to reflect on some simple things I've either added to my life or given up in my time here.
-I've added an extra 1/2 hour to my day. At first I would only get up 1/2 hour early if it was a running day, now I find myself getting up at the earlier time every day.
-I've given up my daily drink after work. I still imbibe, but mostly just on the weekends or one night a week, and I have far fewer drinks when I do. I do miss my daily glass of wine though. *sniff*
-I've added snacking. I bring some fruit and veggies to work with me every day for between meal snacks. If I'm running late in the morning (always) and I forget, I'll opt for a granola bar that I keep in my desk.
-I've given up throwing food away. I've noticed now that I'm really thinking about what I eat, I use up leftovers instead of leaving them in the fridge only to be thrown away. I use an entire loaf of bread before it goes bad. I eat all of the fruits and veggies before they spoil...except I can never seem to use up a bunch of scallions in time. Humph!
-I've added clothes to my wardrobe. Out with the old, in with the...old? Clothes that have been on hangers for a year or two are new again. No more worrying about shirts or pants being too tight. Everything fits nicely again.
-I've given up 11 lbs. Goodbye, 11 lbs...I will not miss you.
