Walking my way to a 5k

Its hard to believe 15 months ago and 110 lbs heavier I could barely walk a short distance without getting out of breath!! I've been training the last few weeks to do a virtual 5 k with my team and I went from being out of breath at 1 lap to walking 7 laps. On July 21 I have to walk 10 laps for my 5 k!! I have 3 more laps to go!! I know I will make it!! I'm also 16 days soda free!!! I am determined to eat healthy n get fit!! I had a bad eating day this past Sunday but got right back on track!!! Wow a lot can change in 15 months!! Be determined to have a better way of life!! I will mess up occasionally but I know this is a way of life n have to get right back on track!! emoticon let's get healthy together we can do this!!!
