Really Over Indulged

It was a very, very bad weekend, since Thursday.
Went to Northern Maine (Aroostook County) for my mother-in-laws memorial interment, and am spending 4 days in a motel, and eating out. The choices have not been good & I will be paying for it next week. Haven't eaten this much in a year.
We took our Mini-Schnauzers, and I have to say they were the best well-behaved dogs when left in the room while we ate, and also at the service and reception after. They stayed on their good eating habits because we don't feed them from the table. I should have eaten with them.
Visiting with family so did't get to the gym at the motel, but did finally get a swim in tonight for about 30 minutes. It felt good !!
Oh well, can't beat myself up to much, just need to get back to eating healthy again when we get home.
