Back to working on ME again!!

Monday, July 09, 2012

Well as most of ya know we moved and we had a hell of a time trying to get the girl that was living (not actually living but storing her stuff in our new house) here moved out...it's official now, we are moved and almost all put away...I have 1 more room to finish then I'll be 100% moved in!
I wasn't very concerned with myself these past few weeks so when I got on the scale and seen 326 I was happy with it b/c I wasn't watching how or what I ate! But 40 pounds gone so far isn't to bad...but it is time for me to get serious again b/c my goal of 100 pounds this year is getting close...I have 60 more to go and taking breaks ain't gonna get my there...

My goal to get me back on the right path this month is to be as close to if not past 316 and to walk everyday...no breaks! Our drive way is .2 miles from the road so to walk it 5 times is a daily goal for me! Once I do that I will increase the time it takes for me to walk it then add some strength training again...for this month! Next month it's time to step it up and add more miles...I'm seriously thinking about going back to the walk park I use to walk everyday at the end of last year...at least 3 days a week plus my "drive way walking" daily. I can't do curves till my elbow is better so back to walking...since it's always been my fav!

I have to remember that I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE in ME I have to strive to achieve my dreams!!! I can't wait for someone else to do them....THIS IS MY LIFE...no ones gonna live it for me!!!
